COMPENSATION & LOCATION
The hourly rate for this role is $18.00/hour.
This is a fully remote role. Travel to other locations may occur, although minimal.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Records Coordinator supports the documentation and tracking of training activities for the organization. The role is responsible for building and maintaining training plans under guidance of training leadership. Training records document compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, contractual agreements, and best business practices.
What You'll Do:
- Monitors new hire start dates and manages high volume required new hire training completions within required time frames; monitors terminations and completes related tasks. Manages high volume SOP and other training requirements by role.
- Attends live training sessions, tracks, monitors and maintains needed, in-process and completed training records for required trainees on multiple spreadsheets to meet business requirements. Determines lists of required trainees based on role training requirements
- Prepare records for audit presentations
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & TRAINING
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Self-starter, organized, works efficiently and to project completion with minimal supervision
- Is detail oriented for accuracy and thoroughness of completed work
- Communicates status of projects and works effectively to meet deadlines
- Skilled at creating and formatting MS Office applications documents and creating and maintaining multiple spreadsheets
- Maintains flexibility to shift priorities for urgent needs
- Able to create and maintain respectful and positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Able to influence without authority in a respectful and collegial manner
- Able to learn and adopt new software and work processes as needed
- Can effectively utilize document organization and storage systems according to established processes
